The 2008-09 meetings will generally be held in the Charles River Arc Cafe at 7:30 pm.

We are fortunate to have a new venue for our monthly meetings that will accommodate our growing club. Please join us at the Charles River ARC in the café (40 Dwight Road off Central Avenue, where Dwight School used to be). Follow that road up the hill; you'll see the baseball field on the left then take your next right into the parking lot. The sign reads Charles River Association for Retarded Citizens. Park in that lot and go into the front door at lobby.

Haunted House 2009 Update
Do you love the Historical Haunted House? If you have been thinking about chairing the Historical Haunted House event, now is the time to step up. The Club needs to make a decision on whether we hold the event on Sunday, October 25, 2009 or take a hiatus until 2010. If you are interested in chairing, please contact Maureen Kirshy by Monday, March 30. There are lots of people willing to help. If Maureen doesn't hear from anyone by March 30, the Club will take a one year hiatus on the Historical Haunted House event.
NWC Board Members Wanted!
Join the Women's Club Board! There are a few openings on the board. It's fun! We meet once a month, generally two weeks before the general meeting. Being on the board is a great way to find out more about all the Club's activities and meet new people. Please contact Kate Maguire or Alison Atallah to find out more.
NEF Spelling Bee
Sharyn Greenstein is putting together a Women's Club team for this annual event, which will be held on April 2nd.
Interservice Dinner
Jane Howard is helping to coordinate the annual Interservice Dinner. It will be held on April 16th at the VFW.
May Banquet
Eileen Orscheln is working on the details for our annual May Banquet, May 20th, which is our last meeting of the year.
Fun Dog Show
Claudia Ortali is chairing the second annual Fun Dog Show, which is scheduled for Sunday, May 17th at Claxton Field.
Needham Street Fair
Saturday, June 6. We are looking for members to help sell our T-shirts, Power Cards and afghans. Please contact Maureen Kirshy and Wanita Kennedy for more information.
Needham High's All Night Graduation Party
Monday, June 7. Club members help out in the kitchen. It's always a lot of fun! Contact Lisa Burns for more information.

Veteran's Baked Goods
The Veteran's Monthly Baking Project has begun. Please contact Barb St. John (barbstjohn@rcn.com) if you are interested in participating in the program and you will can choose a convenient date. Goodies are dropped off at Barb's house.
