Parent Talk, Inc.
Parent Talk, Inc. is a volunteer based, non profit organization for parents, run by parents. Now in its sixteenth year of service in Needham, Massachusetts, the organization is designed to provide parents of young children both emotional and educational support.
Parent Talk brings parents and children together through community playgroups, lecture series, monthly newsletters, family activities and a variety of other services and special interest clubs. Parent Talk's community outreach efforts provide an active link to other community programs which we support through donations, both material and monetary, and with community volunteers.
Many Needham Women Club members were first Parent Talk members - or were members of both groups at the same time!

Beyond the 11thBeyond the 11th is the organization founded by Susan Retik and Patti Quigley, local women, both of whom lost their husbands on 9/11. Susan Retik lives in Needham and spoke in 2006 at a Needham Women's Club meeting about her trip to Afghanistan. For more information click on the link above. |
